Figured since I'm here and bored off my ass I'd post some pics of my truck.She's got a couple miles roughly 250k on the original motor,tranny,and t-case. Hoping a SAS is in it's near future.This is also with both sway bars connected.



The ledge was maybe 3 feet maybe a little less.



Don't worry my axle tubes aren't bent,right after I took this picture I went out and checked and it's not.

It is isn't it? I remember reading about frame flex and ford designed it to be that way so the chassis didn't crack and break. I want some of the crack they where smoking.

It is isn't it? I remember reading about frame flex and ford designed it to be that way so the chassis didn't crack and break. I want some of the crack they where smoking.
Semis have frames that flex for a reason, all that torque and weight would tear up a rigid frame. Same reason why buildings sway in the wind and earthquakes.

nice, F150. I would have to agree with Wicked_Sludge, that is by far my favorite generation of F-truck.

Agreed very nice, I've wanted one of these for a long time, and this was also my favorite gen of f-150.

My buddy was lookin to buy that truck on craigslistwith the SAS but never went through with it. I love the 88-90 f150s, i miss my 89 shortbox with a 4in lift 5.8L on 33s.
