overflow update?

Will a coolant overflow tank and windsheild washer tank from a 93' exploder work ?? ...or adapt easliey into a 86' ranger??

are the windshield washer pump & connections the same??

Suspect the mounting will be different too? again, or adapt easliey into a 86' ranger??

A second gen works good. Don't know enough about the 3rd gen to know what the tank looks like.

yes that looks like a much better update than the factory original for 86'.

For 1 you have large openings....does it mount directly?? or was fabercation invovled?
what about the washer pump...does the wires plug right in or do you have to swap plugs to match ??
 
No fabrication. I just drilled 2 new holes and mounted it up. I used screws that were a bit long and put an old larger nut behind to space it out a bit. The washer pump plug may be different. I upgraded my 87 with 90 wire harnesses. So mine just plugged right up.

Longer overflow line from the rad may be needed too.
