adj. ball joints

can someone please show me these adjustable ball joints?

a link or picture would be great

and could someone tell me how to go about adjusting these??

Rockauto.com has some, so does Napa.
Some of the suspension companies (Superlift, Procomp, etc) also resell them.

I ordered mine from superlift. I tried RockAuto a few times, ordered then they cancelled it because they didn't stock the part.
