i seen this in a parking lot and took a picture with my camera phone. Bad quality of course. heres what your looking at; it is a subaru outback with a custom diamond plate bumber, diamond plate skid plates, snorkle, and fog lights on the roof.

Off Road Subaru Outback

i thought it was pretty crazy.

We had a similar one at Ferris where I go to school even bigger, but the same style. I know I have a pic of it but for the life of me I can't find it.

If it wasn't for Ford, Subaru would be my main love. I am a huge Scooby fanatic. I'm in the process now of looking for an old Brat to make into a fun offroad play truck.

Thought yall might like this pic...

That first one looks kind of low for any serious off roading...unless it was done for rally racing...the Gremlin looks more serious for off-road...

I've watched a few rally races on the tube...believe it or not, I bought a Skoda based on it's reputation for rally racing...only to find out that the ones sold in North America were not even close to the rally versions...I hear they're still pretty big over in Europe, but haven't been following that lately...and haven't ever seen a Skoda in competition over here...

My brothers had a bunch of Subaru's, used to drive over rock walls with them. Skid plates helped it right over (mostly because he knew he wouldnt hurt much) while everyone else kinda... crawled a bit...

Subaru's are bred and born for that stuff. It's awesome to see them going around corners on muddy dirt roads at high speeds.

My friend just got a 04 WRX STi; sick car. Already has done some head and bottom end work, and is adding a bigger intercooler soon. Stock blue color.

Subaru's are definitely second only to Ford on my list.

yeah i absolutely love rally racing. I'm so disappointed when SPEED stopped carrying WRC...

Me and some friends usually drive to SC every year to watch the sandblast rally. Definetely a blast to watch. I truely wish they had some better spectator spots though.

this is crazy, and anything can happen even on the straighter parts. The only thing I don't understand is people who stand on the outside of a corner, thats just plain dumb.
