ok so i have a 94 b3000 4x4 with a 3" lift and im running 31" tires now but i might be goin up to 32's in the summerand everyone says my stock gears wont beable to handle it so what some good gears to put in my truck??

I do some mild offroading but more as my DD any help would be great?

You probably have either 3.27's or 373's. Either way, a 1" difference in tire height is not enought to warrant the expense of a gearing change. Now, if you were going to 33's or 35's, I'd suggest 4.56's or 4.88'.s

I have 3.73s, 32s and a 4.0. Its not too bad at all. Your engine however likes to run around 3000 rpm and you will notice it if you have 3.27s in it.

Look at your door tag and see what your axle code is. Then look that up in the tech library. You can also look at the tag on the axle to see what your ratio is. There will be two rows of numbers. on the bottom row, the first 3 numbers will be your ratio. If the second character is a "L" then you also have a L/S.
