Shock mount I think.

When you get lots of droop the beam is coming back pretty far as well as down. That is significant if you are trying to mount a shock on the front. Before I bagged my front coils I had different attempts at keeping the shock from binding, hitting the coil, out of the way of the steering arm. Never could keep them from getting banged up. I'm sure Joel has the ability to rotate parts in 3d since that's what he does for a living and he has that bad boy figured out.

Since you are beefing it up, you must have had problems with bending the beams before? Any pics of that carnage?

No I don't. A buddy of mine bent one this past summer. He came down off a ltedge and there was a rock hiding in a small bush. Bent the drive beam enough that the beam was contacting the center U-joint. I know of a couple other guys that have bent them. One being
