I had spoke to a well known 4wd parts warehouse employee about these winches & he said that they are a joint venture build between Warn & Mile Marker . Just FYI

ya im pickin one up in a couple of days. i heard that shops cant keep them on the shelf and no one has brought one back yet, so they must be holdng up good.

My friend with a FSB bought a 10,000 lb XRC 10, he's been reading about smittybuilt for a while and he can't wait to get it on his bronco.

I have yet to have anyone have a problem with them.

They do go quick. Probably because of the price. Right now our distributor has 125 XRC8's and 137 XRC10's.

Joint venture?

I seriously doubt it. That makes no sense at all.

It's a Chinese built cheapo. It's slow. Worth the money if it's reliable and you don't need it very much. Not acceptable if you need to get yourself out of the way of other trucks on a busy day.
