Yea, the guy on the site that owns that truck.
Find him in the bumper thread, i believe its a sticky.

His name on here was Boomer (http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/member.php?u=161).
He hasn't had any activity since November, so as of right now my guess would be he's MIA.
But Im pretty sure, he said his was made by Rhino Fab, in Mississippi.
Otherwise I think James Duff makes a pretty sweet prerunner bumper, but discontinued the 3rd gen.

You could always draft up plans and make it yourself :icon_welder:

Thats all that stops me from making one.

If you cant do it yourself, you could find a fab shop near you, or a buddy with a welder & bender.

Buying from a reputable place online works, but shipping kills.
