Is your truck 2wd or a 4x4? I've been looking for someplace to ride rails or muddin' without any luck. Do you know of any places?

Hey joldtown, have you ever been to the Mountainside Offroad Park there in Gadsden? It's located at 9971 Lay Springs Road.
Here's a link to their site.

When it warms up some maybe we can plan a meet there.

phatdaddy what in the heck are you doing on 431 if you live in Bremen? Man that's a long ride to make if you do it often. I run back and forth to Rome and Rockmart to see family and the 4.0 seems to get REALLY thirsty making the trip.

Yeah, it sure is a small world.
Honda is indeed a weird place to work, but it's not too bad if you at least understand that it's just weird, and run with it the best you can. I'm just glad that they give us the option to work, on the NPP days. I dunno, though; if you're working for any car maker these days, it's a crap shoot. I hope that Honda will only go to forced time off if they have to. We'll see, I guess, if the economy doesn't pick up.
And like you said in the other thread, I also get a big kick out of parking my Ranger in their lot.
Take it easy, man . . .
joldtown

NPP days do suck. We just came off a one weeker. Supposedly Mon. all the temps are getting laid of. I hate that for them. But on the bright side we are setting up for Accord prod. next month or so. Maybe that will help cut some of the NPP days. Yeah, parking the Ranger is cool. I'm sure "Mr. Sushi" hates to see the Skull and Crossbones tag. I always drive with the parking/fogs on to add to the effect! But yes I do appreciate everything that Honda has done to keep me working.

The Accord production there will help us, too. Modifying an automobile factory to make a completely different vehicle in 6 months time, decision to production, is pretty damn impressive.
Skull and Crossbones tag- I love it!

really it depends on where exactly I go. Most places have bypasses around the hard stuff. but I've rode in 2wd all day playin around.:D
The best part it i ant afraid of gettin stuck or breakin shit thats what makes it fun I have put some 4wd guys to shame in 2wd Only cause they didnt know how to drive. I always say i would rather be stuck in mud then in trafic any day.
