Can i bolt a 95 Ranger radiator core support on a 94 Ranger so that I can run a 95 intake kit? Has anyone ever tried this?

Sounds like a lot of work just to install an intake kit with minimal gains - do you realize that the core support welds in , that would require you to disasemble the front end - drill out the existing spot welds - clean and dress the new core support and the spot where it is going back in - then re-weld back in place - paint for rust protection -then reassembe the front end - all for maybe 5 hp ?

Why F with the rad support? Also the 94 has different MAF then 95. What i did on my 94 was mounted a K+N cone w/3" opening on a self fabricated flange, bolted to the relocated MAF. i used the MAF as a template for mounting and cut out of a peice of 3/16" thick steel. Even used stock gasket on MAF between fabbed flange, supporting the K+N. Make support bracket to engine mount. Use factory intake tube from throttlebody, remove restricter housing, relocate MAF/Air filter assem. Better power (esp. top end) and quite a bit of intake roar. Mine are 5 Sp. sticks, i noticed better off idle driveability(less lash). Requires use of a torch, drill press, welder, and some fab skills. The new filter was the most expensive item like 55$
Checking out my 95's stock intake trac after i bought it, and its similar in that the MAF mounts directly to the stock cone filter housing, but is (was) enclosed to tiny snorkel in fender.
