it's REALLY hard to tell ya if it'll fit since you told us next to NOTHING about your ranger. what year? any lift at all? if so, how much?

The rims will, the tires are the big question. 31's won't even fit certain 4x4's without a lift.

if its a 98 and up ive seen it done with fender trimming, if its pre 98 then no way.

I'm currently fitting a set of these wheels off a 1999 4x4 ranger to my 1994 2wd ranger.
Mine are 16x7 wheels though. I test-fitted one (bare) wheel on the front, and it is about 1 centimeter closer to the coil spring than the factory 14x6 aluminum wheels that look like these:
No binding on any components at full lock in either direction with the 1999 16x7 OEM wheels.
You should be fine.

yeah, i have seen people do it, but like i said you will have some rubbing. i personally wouldnt do it, but it can be done.
