I got a buddy with a 1999 4x4 Explorer and bought 1.5 coil spacer and 1.5 blocks for the rear. will he need new shocks and will these bolt on without buying more parts??? anything helps. thanks
 
Coil spacers will do no good cuz a 99 explorer has t-bars not coils and in the front you will not need new shocks and the back you could use 0-2 inch lift shocks
