Custom cold air intake???

ok i got an ideal i might be crazy tho idk lol

im looking at these cold intake pipes on ebay

And im looking at this 4.0L Hi-Flow Filter and MAF Adapter Kit

if i use the adapter kit to make it work with the MAF sensor and then used the tubes instead of the stock rubber tube would that work or not

let me know what you think??

I think you should leave it alone. You will not see any gains other than sound, the stock intake flows a lot of air.
