Hey, where are the good off-road/aftermarket truck shops in Ft. Laud/Pompano area? On the flip side, are there hoser shops to avoid at all costs? ;')

I'm looking to replace my 9-yr-old OEM rubber bushings w/ polyurethane. After that I'll be looking for new tires and wheels, and maybe some custom add-ons.
