15 is the answer.
 
Well I started out doing this with my toes and fingers but got confused. Switched to the calculator but battery died. With those options gone, couldn't come up with anything, nada, nothing, zero.

The answer is 15. This has started a big war though
 
Ugh, it's like a little kid doing a math problem. I hate not having parentheses.
 
Any number times 0 is 0.
 
Upon first glance, the old saying "anything times zero equals zero" seems true. It is indeed a trick, and I would have got it right off if it had parenthesis as armadillon said.

Anyone who writes a math equation like that without parentheses should remove his/herself from the gene pool.

does the order of operation require parentheses..... no. just makes it so you don't need to look at the equation.
 
0 X anything is 0
 
It's 15 but setup to be more confusing then it needs to be, so really a better way to write it is

(5+5+5)+(5-5)+(5-5)+(5x0)=?

You can write it multiple ways but you get the idea.
