Turn Signal And Hazard Light Problem??

Mine did this, though it was intermittent, when the ground was ungood.
All else fails check for voltage and ground at every wire starting at the bulb and working back. Most likely I'd guess it's either the switch in the steering column or a bad ground... If they're both failing it's probably not the relay (flasher)
