Im looking into long travel suspension kits for my truck. Im not trying to build something that I can jump 10 feet in the air with. Im from lower Alabama, so its not like we have sand dunes to play on. lol. But we have tons of dirt roads that make for a real fun time.

Im looking to build a truck that I can run down dirt roads fast, even if they get rough. So I need something with more wheel travel over stock (but I dont need 20'' of it) and that will hold up a hell of a lot better. I am also looking to be able to run 33-35X12.50 tires.

The Autofab 2WD Wheel Travel Kit gives me 16'' of travel and uses Fox 2.0 reservoir shocks. It gives 4'' of lift over stock. So far this seems to be the best kit I have found for what I am looking for.

So does anyone have any experience with these Autofab kits?

I have bent beams from them. My truck has forged beams, whereas your 94 has cast beams in it. There is some debate over their strength. I found this thread helpful in deciding-link. I also have the radius arms from their econo lift kit. I was not impressed with their design, although they did get the alignment in spec. I am planning on doing F-250 shocks and custom radius arms eventually. In the mean time, I have done some playing around in the dirt, and hit the bump stops a few times without bending anything. I like the idea of the bent beams better than drop brackets. If nothing else, the truck is at least drivable, if not good enough, with the stock steering.
