i have 31x10.5x15 roughrider tires and what size rims should i get for them i kno i need r15 but what width should i get i think the ones i have now are 7" wide so what size should i get? my rims are 5 bolt pattern an i was wondering what does it mean by like 5 by 4.5 bolt pattern?

5 on 4.5 means 5 bolt on a 4.5" pattern. For 10.5's a 7" rim is fine. If you go up to a 12.5" wide tire you'd need at least an 8", 10" would be even better.

I think yours and most or all rangers have the 5x4.5 bolt pattern, and the 5x5 are the full size fords. Someone chime in here if i'm wrong. All else fails, just ask the person behind the counter where you are buying them and they should let you know anyways before you buy, as well as the offset for the rim.

Yep, 5x4.5" bolt pattern for ALL Rangers (and related vehicles)
I would get 15x8 rims for your 31s. Chances are you may find yourself wanting bigger tires sometime in the future, and the 8" rims would allow you to upgrade again while keeping the same rims.
