different front bumper for 00 ranger?

does any one know if any other ( newer ) front bumper will fit a 00 ranger with out changing the whole front end out.

im wanting to keep my lights, grille, and fenders.
 
Any year will work. One of my buddy's put on 2008 on his daughters 99 Ranger and it was easy as cutting some cheese. Some brackets might need tweaking but if you are not mechanically inclined you might not be able to do it...lol.
