Well, I thought this was gonna be fairly easy..... F-bomb, I WAS WRONG!
This is tuff and time consuming as hell. But here is todays progress.

The curved piece looks like crap! Im going to redo it asap, there is a huge gap between the tube and my sheet.

I used 20g steel. I wanted to use aluminum, but .063 alum was $110 for a 4X10 sheet!! Steel was $35 for a 4X8 sheet.

looks real good to me scooter, I couldn't have done that nice of a job with that steel. (I have the patience of a 2 year old at toys are us lol )

I have very little patience also......
I had the local metal shop "rough sheer" them for me. I used a grinder with a sandpaper flapper wheel to finish them to fit.
Two of those pannels will be redone, they look like poo.
Got a roof too, going to get it put on tomorow.
