Been lookin for a drive shaft for my 88 ext. Cab 4wd the carrier bearing siezed up and snapped the front and rear yokes the junkyards around me don't have any like mine what are my options that will fit my buddy says he could cu and weld one to fit but is rather not go that route

That swap will work for you, you just need to find a driveline shop and get a second front flange put on the rear of the drive shaft.
