What id the weight on that camper? They usualy have it on the camper somewhere. I towed small campers before with my older Toyota trucks with the 22r motor...not a problem. The campers I towed were just a bit smaller then tat one you are looking at. Now, towing with the 22r was not the fastest up really steep mountain roads, but on slightly elevated and of course level roads it was no problem. My 99 Ranger 4.0 tows a camper really well and I have no problems towing my flats boat with ease up steep hills and has plenty of power for this. A 4 banger is not the best for towing a lot of weight. None of my buddies with Fords, Dodges or Chevys have a 4 banger truck anymore...they all swapped to either a V6 truck or got a bigger truck. They got tired of not being able to tow much. I can understand that since we like to go places a lot and we love to take the boat out a lot in the summer time. I borrow my dad's camper sometimes when we go camping...but, my parents have a cabin on a lake and we can spend a weekend there and take the boat out as well. That can spoil you..lol.
