changed motor mount

so i changed the steel motor mount braket that goes from the frame to the motor holy sh*t is that a pain in the ass!!!! should i have changed the rubber mount while i was in there it didnt look bad but i just thought i would ask some of you guys for your opinion
 
i would its not that much and it wasnt fun to do right?
