probably have better luck finding one used... however, i don't think the plate would that big of a deal to make... the shaft on the other hand, talk to disciplerocks about that..think he has a guy that'll do it..

read a lot of bad reviews on D and D, not on quality, but customer service. they might still be making them, idk for sure...
i think there is actually another guy that makes the kits... i found it on a different forum once. if i have it saved on my other computer i'll post it up. i think one day, i might try to make one... i know a machine shop that should be able to make the shaft happen for me.

Yes Duffy still makes them. He is easiest to get a hold of through pirate4x4. Best is to find his number and call him.

This guy has one for sale. You may have to register to see it though. This is what his add says.
"91 4.0L motor unknown milage (most of the engine harness and ECM), 5 speed trans, 1350/1354 dd machine doubler (Duffy). Also have a spare 4x4 5 speed trans, a spare manual shift 1354, and a spare 4.0L (bad head gaskets) along with a lengthend and balanced front driveshaft for the daul case setup. Everythings still in the rig and can be test driven, I am pulling everything and going to a 5.0L. The 4.0L has a new water pump, and timing cover reseal, the rear main and clutch were done about a year ago along with a hot oil flush and coolant flush. The motor has devloped a lifter tick over the last year or so and I dont want to mess with it anymore. It still runs and drives fine with good oil pressure, just makes noise cold and once in a while hot. The rest of the parts were just spares I have collected over the years. The doubler has a nice adjustable twin stick shifter setup and works well. I know there arnt many ford fans around here but I thought I would see if anyone would like to check it out before I pull everything. Would like to get $850 for everything (the doubler adapter was $500 with shiping alone). "
