Diameter of new tire-diameter of old tire/2= lift height.
Ex: 33 (new tire diameter in in)-31 (old tire diameter)=2 then 2/2=1" in additional lift

Well, it depends on wheel width, air pressure, gravity, ect ect.
Most tires dont measure their claimed size so that will make a difference also......
