if u have a stock b2 u most likely cant fit 31s and whatever size rims u wanna use and also i would do with a 3 inch offset aka back spacing

I fit 31x10.5r15 Baja Claws on stock rims on stock suspension. It rubs occasionally but the springs and coils aren't good.

wow on my 84 b2 i cant fit 31s until i get coil spacers and what it means ray is they will rub or u wont be able turn cause they are to big but i stand corrected so go ahead and get yourself a set of 15x8 rims with a back space of 3 inches and u should be good
