Grille guard question

Anyone know if grille/brush guards are a universal fit? Will a grille guard off of a 2000 dodge Dakota fit a 2004 ranger?
 
anything will fit with some cutting and welding now with no mods to it frobably not because the geometry of the fronts are alot different
