accelerator cable for a 93

i need a accelerator cable for my 93 3.0 ranger,i called ford they said they no longer make them,auto zone and other parts stores dont carry them, does anyoneknow what year cables were the same

maybe could adapt a mustang cable(think checker stocks those) or a 98+ ranger maybe.

that or a salveage yard, or lokar cable

And it looks like that is a 1993-only part.

Man, I hope I never have to look for one for mine.

I'll have to store that info in my memory banks so the next time I'm out at pick-n-pull I can try to find an extra.
