hey guys, i was searching craigslist and a guy near me had a aluminum skid plate for the front of my truck for $20 so i figured what the heck lets go look, i dont know much about them but it seemed pretty nice, and mounted right up to some factory holes on the fram rails. here are some pics, let me know what you think. agian, i only plan on doin light light wheeling, so its not gunna be subject to any hardcore stuff, just the occasional off road activity, itll probably see more of the muddy construction sight my dad runs. so itsll probably do good to keep the crap outta the engine compartment. heres some pics.

heres the mount on the cross member, i think thats what its called

For $20 bucks you can't beat it! That's a good price.

How much you want for the banner?

All those are used for are to keep mud from splashing into the engine compartment. They work great for that application. I've got the same one one my truck ( with a little modification ). It keep the engine compartment a lot cleaner and they are shinny.

On a side note, if YOU like it, it doesn't make any difference what we think.

Also, don't worry about the quality of the pictures, I still don't know how to post pics. It's tough being old and technologically inept.

Don't worry about hurting the splash guard. You'll rip the fog lights off long before then.
