I got my ranger. 3 weeks ago, I found one on craigslist. I called him and went and looked at it. I was expecting money, but not till the end of the month, but I figured I would try. He said he would take trades, so I offered him my jeep, or my wife's motorcycle. (Don't do this.....she was less than impressed....) He told me to give him a couple bucks, and he would hold it for me. I gave him $60, and he went in and took it off craigslist. I picked it up today. I was worried, because there was no reciept or anything for the $60, but I figured I knew where he lived, so it was not in his best interest to screw me. I walked up to him today, handed him a stack of money, and all he said was "Is it all there?" I answered with a yes, he put it in his pocket, handed me the title, and told me to drive safe. We shook hands, and I left. I enjoy doing business with people like that.
