I love the sound I heard of a 2.3L Ranger with an open cutout on it. I have 2 questions:
1. Has anyone ever used the Mr. Gasket cutout?
2. Will my truck pass PA State Emissions and Inspection with a cutout installed but closed? I live in Westmoreland County if that helps.
