you'll have a different lug pattern in the front so you'll need to either run 2 different types of rims or change the rear bolt pattern. you'll need to change all of the mounts on the frame to get the arms to even bolt up, then make shock mounts, then you'll most likely need to crank the hell out of your torsion bars (since the f150 arms are wider) or get the #1 bars from a fx4 level 2 truck. it will be more beneficial to build shock hoops to run a coilover in the front, way better than t-bars no matter what but expensive. plus, i think the steering arms are in a different part of the spindle as on the ranger, so you'll probably have a janky steering angle and it will handle like crap.
save the money you're going to spent (at least 1k, at LEAST) and put it towards real suspension.
