i have played the x-box version. its fun. haven't got to play it on live though, stupid satellite internet. I like the single player missions though.

I'd like to play the game more than I am, but if I did that nothing would get done around here, lol. I played the single player mode till I hit a mission that I was having trouble getting past, then started playing multiplayer to build my skills more. I need 3 more xp to get to a level 29... I've got a good bit of stuff unlocked but I really want to get the .50 cal sniper rifle unlocked...

I got/play the PS3 version.....i have maxed out my online levels and beat the game numerous times.....i absolutely love playing online and can't wait for the new online maps to come out!

I play the pc version from time to time. I mostly just play cal mode servers and scrim. Just multi online is to easy in itself so I play with the league players and those hardcore guys who do the tournaments. Im a level 40 rank twice now and had the game since day 1. I even had my own server running at the beginning. My xfire is michowski if anyone uses that.

i play as rmm989. i definitely suck now, but i'm constrained a lot by what weapons i can carry. still breaking a lot of rust off. i haven't played an multiplayer shooter since the demo beach map was out for return to wolfenstein

From what I understand, there is no crossover... though the PC guys get some cool maps like the winter crash one

FWIW, I'm using LBF as my name on there. I think I'm doing ok, but I'm trying to shake off some rust myself... not as long as you, but it's been a good couple years (my laptop didn't like running 'em).

I had borrowed COD4 for a while. I only got up to lvl 9, but I sure have fun playing it.

I'm waiting on my urge to buy ranger parts to stop for a bit so I can save a bit of money to get the game for good.

I got my copy from a guy who said that he bought it, installed it, and uninstalled it even faster.... said it didn't work on his Dell, put the comp into fits. Tried to return it and Best Try told him "no open box software returns."

actually for the ps3 they have a keyboard and mouse made by logitech for it. There available at walmart. Ive seen em a few times. You can turn your ps3 into a computer for the most part.

I have it for the PS3. I believe i'm at the first level 55. I don't feel like doing the prestige thing, losing all my accomplishments, and then having to work my way back up, from nothing. It's a fun game, in fact it's the only game i have for ps3..... haha oh and my name on there is AWD-Subi-3D (In memory of my impreza :icon_thumby:)

ummm yes and no. best way to find out is to rent it from blockbuster. online is pretty fun. both games will have their perks and pits

i played it for the 360 for awhile when i owned it beat the game single player on veteran difficulty. i dont have good internet so i never played online other then at my friends house i i did pretty good on there i though it was fun.

I just bought CoD Modern Warfare approx 7 hours ago, and currently am playing through the single player. Just finished the part where crazy's son blew his own head off.

The assassination/sniper mission was intense, totally loved it.

I thought this was one of the greatest single player games i've played. just totally friggin cool. Just wait til you get to the AC-130 gunship board. you'll get a boner playin that one. also, the sniper board at the amusement park is brutal on veteran. oh, and the last part of the game on the plane is even worse.

Oh we don't pay. We just use the free stuff. But maybe they haven't made us since we are long time users. We started when it was brand new just as a SOCOM ladder back in like 01 I think. That's all I've ever used it for was SOCOM. I like the ladder system and all that, just not the actually users of it are the ones that give me all problems that I hate

Ya that's the sad thing man. I mean it's almost pointless now, It's like an actual video game. Just the more matches you play you gain XP and raise up. That's stupid to do for a tournament ladder. I can't even count how many times my team has owned the top ranked teams like they were noobs and we are ranked down in the 200s just cuz we never play too much. It's ridiculous

told ya. I almost always play the games on veteran. My logic is, I just spent $50 on a game. I'm going ot make sure it's the hardest to beat and longest to play. On vet in the amusement park I did pretty much the same thing you did. But at a certain point it just made sense to hide in the ticket booth until help arrived.:icon_rofl: you'll see, trust me.
the final mission on the plane was next to impossible too.

lol, the airplane mission was fun. Ended up going Rambo on that one just for kicks, think I just got really lucky, but it worked out somehow :dunno::icon_rofl:

Ended up using the ticket booth for cover too, didn't stop me from poppin a few every now and again. Made sure those ratfink idiots knew what lead tastes like :icon_hornsup:

I hate those dang dogs though, especially when I'm distracted trying to peg some guy and the canines come out of nowhere. Getting good at breakin their necks, though.
