96 ranger 2.3 turbo swap

I am unsure if swapping a 2.3 turbo and t-5 into my 96 ranger is the right way to go. Can I use the LA3 computer as a stand alone and will the gauges in my 96 work with this setup. The 92 ranger the engine and trans could come out of still runs great, but after some research I still don't know which way to go. Hopefully someone out there has done this swap and could give me some insight on what I'm getting into. Any info is helpful. thanks

i am also interested in how difficult/entailed the needed wiring is to swap from a 2.3 ranger(94) to a turbo coupe 2.3. ive never done a swap like this, wondering if i should try and go for it?

I will be swapping motors this weekend so Hopefully everything goes smooooth and I wil be driving my 96 prerunner a liitle faster than last weekend.

3.8 supercharged xr7 into a 96 ranger with a 3.0??

I have a complete couger xr7 supercharged 3.8 would like to swap motor/tranny/rear-end wiring harness to please help...
