I am having an issue brakes being really sloppy for a while now and I was looking at parts to replace when I came across a part I know is not installed. I'm talking about the wheel cyl plungers that stick out and engage the brake shoe. I know some vehicles have them and some don't. Does anyone know if they are supposed to be there? I can't find a descent parts breakdown. Need help ASAP. Thank you
