i swaped my 3.0 automatic for a 99 2.5 stick.everything was plug and play
but the vss signal! i have no signal at the ecm or the speedo
i have been searching for a fix but cant get a strait answer...
on the 2003 the raw vss signal goes strait to the ecm then is condtioned to a square wave then splits of to the gem speedo etc, now that i have a 99 ecm in the truck,were would the signal stop at? can i tap in somewere?
if i do find the signal it will not be conditioned by the computer anymore.
will i have to get a older abs module,gem module or a stand alone system like speedchanger 11? or i was thinking maybe a dash harness out of a 99?
any help would be great
