I'm thinking of retrofitting early model headlight bucket that will take a rectangular sealed beam. Then buying Hella replacement lenses. will ,say an 85 headlight bucket fit in a 94 grille? TIA.

Ignoring for the moment that they are not even remotely the same shape or design....

Do you have a sawzall and a welder?

Yah I have the sawzall I guess I'm spoiled by 20+ years of Grand Wags. They kept the same radiator support for the entire run. You could swap the grills and lights from a 91 into a 63 or vice versa. :D

Well if you have a sawzall and a welder anything will fit.

Why would you want to do that? Granted the 93-97s Rangers had the least desireable front end look but if you feel the need to waste time and money, put on a 98-2000 or a 89-92 front end.
You realize that the plastic covers can be restored to almost new with cleaning products available.

I had an Escort one duct taped into my 94 for about 6 months till I got around to fixing the front end.
