Well guys I am still working my dead end job for now.. But I can't afford to build and attempt anything with a truck for a while.. So I got a klipper kart for a tip because I am a two truck driver.. So I am rebuilding it so I have something to build and to play with that is not expensive to run or maintain ..
So this is what I have been up too so far and will post more pics and possible vids as the build goes on..
Pics of it and sorry pics taken at night ..
I cut the axle up to get the rims and flanges off and had to play around with a couple of methods because beating the end with a hammer caused the end to mushroom and would never go through the rim without being ground down but it is to close to get with a grinder.. So I drill a .5" hole in the center of the axle and then used a big punch and put it in the hole and beat it till the axle came out which work very good because it never messed up the edge so the axle could come through..
Parts I just got so far
I pick up brand new almost half price
I hope you like the build
Thanks
Jason
