Likewise to ,YALL Happy Turkey day and thanks for all our blessings :) :) :)

not cooking a turkey today. Going to cook a dinner roast. costs the same and only takes 90 min to cook and I don't need a crap load of oil to cook it in the fryer and I don't even need to thaw it out .......

Happy thanks giving everybody.

Working out of town. Yeehaw.

Thinking Cafe Du Monde today though.

gotta get doing , got 10 lbs of spuds to peel. :yahoo:

I peeled all my spuds last night, put them in a bowl of water and in the fridge...... I did all the grunt work last night......

Same to all of you!!! It is just us and the cats and our new baby raccoon, Jill. We are going to enjoy sweet potato pie, mashed potato's, green beans/broccoli some mixed nuts and the children animals get their special treats. We are not eating meat this Thanksgiving.

me neither ..... had a meatless dinner ......

Did the T-day thing last night. Turkey, mashed 'taters, noodles, some kind of creamed-corn concoction that I won't touch, rolls. So, I been munching on left-overs all day. And will tomorrow....and the day after that....

Hope each and every one had or has a wonderful day, though.

(Only 30 days until Christmas!)

Had a little bit of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatos, and some gravy. Walked a mile to help burn a few cal's. Now I'm eating a #8 MRE, Meatballs in marinara sauce.

Happy Thanksgiving. :yahoo:
