I have a 1983 ranger with a stock four banger 2.3 with a blown head gasket or cylinder head, I havent torn into it yet. The motor needs new rings seals so I would have to rebuild while its torn open... I'm just curious if I would have a more reliable and better all around pickup If I take the extra time and money to convert everything to diesel
