im about to fab up my extended radius arms, ive already got the design and the materials, but i was thinking about where to attatch it to my homemade drop bracket, and was wondering if it matterd if it was on a slight up angle, or should i keep the radius arm flat and have a longer drop bracket? help appreciated.

Radius arm angle is kind of a compromise between performance and clearance.
The suspension will work best with the arms level, but then you'll have the big drop brackets hanging down. If the arms are at a steeper angle, then the tire wants to move forward at the same time it's trying to soak up a bump, reducing it's ability to do so (it will also wreak havoc with your ability to climb near-vertical ledges in 4WD too).
A small amount of angle on the arms (maybe up to 7-8° or so) shouldn't really create any significant problems in most cases though (mine are around 5-6° and it seems fine). Just make sure you factor in your caster angle when building them.
