'89 2.9 to 4.0 OHV swap

Title explains it. Found a 90 4.0 w/ comp/harness for my 1989 2.9L. My only question is.. does it bolt up all shiney like to the Mazda M5OD transmission or am I looking at swapping stuff around?
The starter I already have laying around.. I'm a veritable part's store.

Grab the fuel lines there diff and the all the a/c stuff and radiator also if your keeping the a/c. There's threads on swapping fuel line ends and how to repin cannon plugs if need be.We did the same with a 91 into a 89 even used the 91 4.0 auto comp with the manual tranny,grab the throttle and c/c cables also. :icon_welder:
