How much is a rear Dana 60 worth?

My friend has a Dana 60 laying in his yard, he said wants it gone and that I could have it. I thought he said it was a front axle and after finding out there worth a few hundred I new it was to good to be true and I was right, its a rear :no2:

So how much is a Rear dana 60 in decent shape worth?

I've got a connection in Florida that is paying big money for those. If it is just a stock rear end with nothing special for gears it is like $600, and goes up from there. They really want matched sets though.

I went and checked it out today, its in pretty good shape. The only really rusty part is the brake drums, there to the point where I can pull big flakes off but other than that the axle is good.

Oh and that bitch is HEAVY, I'm gonna have to get a few ppl to get it into the back of my truck on Monday.

I had a spare here for a year or two as well and finally ended up cutting it up for scrap when nobody wanted to stop by and pick it up for free.
