Exo Cage?

I have always loved the look of exo cages. I was wondering if anyone had any tips and/or suggestions for completing this as a project. This would be my first welding project for something on my vehicle. I don't know if thats a bad thing or not. I would be having a skilled welder help me with the project but still have doubts on whether or not to build this as my first project.

Agreed.

Building a good exocage will take alot of measuring, time, knowledge, etc etc.

And most importantly, it costs a lot of money.

A better first project, build front and rear tube or plate bumpers.

Do you know where I could get some good ideas for tube bumpers? I have some ideas but would like to see some examples of others works.
