noise in radio

i have a 96 ranger.What i like to have help with is when i turn on the radio i hear odd noise like it is getting the power from the battery to get started.It is like a spark noise.The radio plays fine after that.This happens when turning ignition on everytime.It is the factory radio.Thanks:icon_confused:
