The timing mark on the camshaft is a small triangle at the base of one of the teeth. There are three white marks on the rear timing cover where this triangle lines up. It is about the 5 o'clock position.

The crankshaft Woodruff key slot goes straight up.

There is no mark on the auxilary shaft gear. The later models have diamond that goes straight up. Turn the auxilary shaft until the distributor rotor points to #1 spark plug, then install the belt. You can retime the dist if necessary, just make sure the cam and crank are in time.

If you are replacing the belt as maintenance, none of this matters if you haven't removed the belt. There is another simpler way of changing the belt.
If you have already removed the old belt, you will have to retime the distributor. shady

Shady,

What's this simpler method of which you speak? I'm going to be changing the belt on my '92 and figured that the timing marks aren't really that important if the belt is coming off and going right back on. Of course, I might have to service my belt tensioner as there seems to be excessive slack in it right now. I had the same problem with my serpentine tensioner, but was able to free it up easily enough.
