My 1995 4.0 ranger has a fairly new, 2 year old rebuilt from Phoenix Transmission Rebuilders. If I take it out of OD, either by OD switch or manual lever the truck will not move, it is like it is locked in two gears at the same time. Is it electrical or do I need another transmission?
