Hey guys, ive been working out all the little kinks in my 302 swap for awhile now and seem to be stuck on this one.
2 Problems: 1) I have a ZF behind it and when ever I shift into 3 and it is at a real low rpm i get a bad hiccup and studder. Im thinking this could be a timing or carb problem maybe? I have a 600 holley vaccume secondary on it.
2) It will run and idle for as long as it has gas in it, but after about 4 or 5 minutes of driving there is a total loss of power and eventually will die.
I bought the block from a guy that had already put a mild cam, forged pistons, and new timing cover and chain. The heads that came with it are stock e6's and im kind of wondering about those.
Any help is appreciated!

The E6 heads ? they're just limiting your topend horsepower.
I took it to a guy that works on race cars to tune the carb for me so hopefully that will fix it or narrow down the problem. Ill update
