back window raddles

i have a 2002 supcab with a sliding back glass. it raddles most of the time. ne one have any ideas on how to stop it from doing that?
 
mine does the same...and now when i got stuck my friend crawled out of the window and knocked it off the track, and put it in crooked. so when its warm im gonna replace it with a solid rear window out of a ranger. i think thats the best bet but idk, im shure someone will chime in.
