I'm putting in a new 302 in my BroncoII and have a coolant leak from the passenger side lower water pump bolt. I have removed it and cleaned it and put gasket sealer on the threads but it still leaks. Any suggestions?
Thank's

Are you using the correct gasket? Usually there will be a few gaskets in the kit depending if you bought a engine set and also depending on what brand of pump. I had a similar problem when I happened to throw out the gasket I wanted to use and kept the wrong one from the kit.

I'm pretty sure I have the right gasket. Does that long bolt go through the block and into a coolant passage? It's leaking out at the head of the bolt, not between the pump and the block. Thank's
